The interface formed by the matrix is poor in adhesion. In order to make full use of calcium carbonate powder, powder should be made be as small as possible, which has the disadvantages: easy to reunite because of the extra large surface and surface property. After reunion, the powder cannot be used properly. So it is necessary to do calcium carbonate powder surface modification.

The coating rate is more than 96%. And it also features less modifying additives for per ton power and no cohesiveness between powders. And after coating, the powder size will not become bigger. Working principle of the calcium carbonate coating machine:
The dry powder and the modifying additives are conveyed to the calcium carbonate coating machine by the screw conveyor. The modifying additives is heated and coated outside the powder particles.
The most important part of the calcium carbonate coating machine is the modification cylinder which includes high-speed rotating spindle, rotor blade and impact hammer. The powder and additives are impacted by airflow in different direction in the modification cylinder. The powder and additives can be fully scattered and then fully connected. The required heat in the cylinder can make coating faster and convenient. After coating and modification, the powder will be cooled and collected in the cyclone and pulse-jet collector. After modification, the powder will not be adhered.
The good dispersion modification effect of calcium carbonate coating machine is based on its unique modification cavity design. The so-called three-cylinder continuous powder surface coating machine is actually named as three modified cylinders arranged in a zigzag shape, not a single three-cylinder series. Each modified cylinder of the calcium carbonate coating machine is equipped with a high-speed running rotor and a fixed stator. The linear speed of the rotor is 75-86m/s. The outlet of No.3 modified cylinder is connected with negative pressure induced draft fan. When working, the high-speed rotor and induced draft fan of the calcium carbonate coating machine can form several working areas in the three tubes arranged in a zigzag pattern.
